1). All clothing must be clean, in style, in perfect condition or never worn. Clothing that is dirty, stained, torn, missing buttons, or with broken zippers will not
be accepted. Toys and accessories must have all parts. Seconds, Please! reserves the right to remove from inventory and donate any item which is found at a
later date to be in poor condition or un-saleable without notice or payment to the owner.
2). The consignee will receive 40% of selling price which is established by Seconds, Please! Seconds, Please! will take into consideration the condition and age
of the item before making a final decision..
3). After item is in store for 30 days, said item shall be reduced 25% for immediate sale. After 60 days, said item will be reduced 50% for immediate sale. After 90 days
in store, you must pick up your items. If you do not pick up within 10 days of expiration, items will become property of Seconds, Please! Consignments & more.
Items may also be reduced due to specially advertised sales and promotions. Consignors are responsible for gathering remaining items from the racks.
4). While reasonable care is taken, Seconds, Please! does not accept any responsibility due to loss or damage.
5). Warranties. You warrant that you are (or, if acting as an agent, your principal is) the sole owner of the property consigned, that you have the right to consign it for sale.
6). You agree to indemnify and to hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, loses, liabilities and expenses (including our attorney’s fees)
relating to the breach or claimed breach of any of your obligations, responsibilities or warranties herein.
7). All checks (a minimum of $5) will be held at the store on the 15th of the month for prior months sales. (No exceptions) You may pick up your check anytime after
the 15th of the month. You may also use account balance on in-store purchases at anytime. Checks or Credit due to consignors will be forfeited after 180 days.
